PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game hall system for arousing the desire of a member player to visit and improving the frequency of the visit by transmitting electronic mail to the member player less frequently visiting a game hall. SOLUTION: While receiving the input of a sentence (S1) and the setting of privilege information and the input of adjustment game machine information (S2) and editing guide information on the basis of the sentence and service information (privilege information and adjustment game machine information) (S3), a member management computer receives the setting of an extraction condition (S4), extracts the member player less frequently visiting the game hall on the basis of the extraction condition (S5), transmits the electronic mail including the guide information to the electronic mail address of the extracted member player (S6) and stores a transmission history (S7). Also, the number of the visits is summed up when the member player to whom the electronic mail is transmitted visits (S8), and the member player is excluded from an electronic mail transmission object when the member player to whom the prescribed number of the electronic mail are transmitted does not visit (S9).
