PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bicycle parking device structured possible for weak women and children to easily place a bicycle on a bicycle receiver part such as a cycle rack of an upper stage. SOLUTION: This bicycle parking device 10 has the bicycle receiver part 20 to be loaded with a bicycle, a support 30 for holding the bicycle receiver part. The support part 30 has a stand part 31 connected to the bicycle receiver stand freely to move along the support part, a motor part 32, a gear part 33 for transmitting driving force of the motor part 32, and a transmission part 37 connected to the gear part so as to be moved along the support part by turn of the gear part. The transmission part is connected to the stand part in one end thereof, and an overlapped stand 38 possible to be moved along the support part is connected to the other end.
