PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved double-wheel caster having brakes to the wheels and a lock for turning. SOLUTION: The double-wheel caster is composed of a wheel braking shoe having a braking engagement part able to make engagement with an engagement part provided on each wheel, installed on a yoke arranged between the wheels movably in the wheel braking direction or the releasing direction, and energized in the braking direction, an actuator piece having at one end a turning lock piece able to be engaged with and disengaged from a vertical shaft engaging part provided in the lower part of a vertical shaft, with the other end pivoted on the yoke, and energized in the turning locking direction, and an operating member pivoted on the yoke and having a lever protruding on a yoke cover, whereby the wheel braking shoe is operated by changing over the lever so as to apply brakes to the wheel and release, and also the turning lock and releasing is conducted by moving the actuator piece in pivoting.
