PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microbubble generating device where water passages are difficult to be clogged. SOLUTION: The microbubble generating device supplies air-dissolving pressurized water into a bath in order to generate microbubbles in the bath, and it has a tank 12, a first water passage 18 where the upstream end can be connected to a water supply source and the downstream end is connected to the tank 12, a pump mounted on the first water passage 18 for sending water of the first water passage 18 to the downstream side, an air mixing passage 15 where the one end is connected to the upper part of the tank 12 and the other end is connected to the first water passage 18 at the downstream side of the pump, an air introduction passage for introducing the air in the tank 12, an air valve for opening and closing the air introduction passage, a second water passage where the upstream end is connected to the tank 12 and the downstream end can be connected to the bath, and a decompression nozzle mounted on the connecting part of the second water passage and the bath.
