<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of display for suppressing defective connection between a wired substrate and a display panel without increase in the setting temperature exceeding the required increment, and for preventing breakdown of substrate forming the display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display comprises a supporting material 410 for supporting a display panel 100, a pressurizing head 420 for pressurizing a wired substrate 200 aligned with the predetermined position of the display panel 100 via a bonding member for the display panel 100 in combination with the supporting material 410 so as to pressure bond the wired substrate 200 to the display panel 100; and a thermal resistance material 440 provided between the supporting material 410 and the display panel 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
