<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film/electrode assembly for a solid polymer fuel cell that can maintain stable output characteristics over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The thin film electrode assembly for the solid high polymer fuel cell is provided with an anode and a cathode with catalyst layers, containing catalyst powder and ion exchange resin and an electrolyte film comprising an ion exchange film arranged in between the anode and the cathode.
