<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal information concealing device which not only divides personal information item by item but also processes a name such as a person's name by the unit of a character in a way where kanji (Chinese character) and reading of the kanji are consistent so as to enhance the secrecy of the personal information. <P>SOLUTION: A name constituting input data is divided into respective kanji. Reading of the respective divided kanji is divided on the basis of name reading. One or more of the respective divided kanji and one or more reading of the corresponding kanji are taken out, and the kanji and the reading taken out are combined to newly create a name and name reading. Since the name and the name reading are replaced by the created name and name reading, the kanji and the reading of the kanji of the input data are used and the output data wherein the personal information is concealed can be acquired while maintaining the data property of the input data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
