<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balance which can solve a problem that it is difficult for a beginner that the beginner instantaneously hook a fish, when the fish bites a bait, and a problem that a fish bites a bait, but is often not hooked in a still fishing, thereby improving the angled fishes. <P>SOLUTION: This spinning balance having a shaft portion and an elastic arm portion is characterized by attaching a stretchable spring or rubber between the upper end of the shaft portion and the tip of the arm portion to enhance the resiliency of the arm portion.
