PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information terminal test apparatus and an information terminal test system whereby a fault status of an information terminal can be obtained before a person is dispatched to a fault site. SOLUTION: The information terminal test system disclosed herein comprises a subscriber information terminal 1, and the information terminal test apparatus 7 connected to the subscriber information terminal 1 via a communication network 5. The information terminal test apparatus 7 includes: a dial signal transmission means 2 configured to transmit a dial signal; a dial signal reception means 3 configured to receive the dial signal; a transmission reception means 4 configured to transmit a speech transmission signal and to receive a speech reception signal; a dial signal analysis means 8 configured to analyze the received dial signal; and a display means 9 configured to display the analyzed dial signal.
