PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement structure of a prefabricated bath capable of directing the incorporation with the prefabricated bath and an adjoining space and giving a space spreading feeling and spaciousness to a user. SOLUTION: The settlement structure of the prefabricated bath is so constituted that a waterproof pan (15) of the prefabricated bath (1) is extended in the vicinity of a boundary between the adjoining space (2) and the waterproof pan to form a recessed groove (16) opened upward in the front end, the lower end section of a glass partition (3) is inserted into the recessed groove (16) to erect the glass partition (3), the upper end section of the glass partition (3) is fitted to a recessed member (30) having installation parts (32) and (33) capable of respectively installing the prefabricated bath (1) and ceiling finishing materials (34) and (35) of the adjoining space (2) to fix the glass partition (3) and that the floor surface (25) of the prefabricated bath (1) and the floor surface (26) of the adjoining space (2) are approximately flush with the ceiling surface (36) of the prefabricated bath (1) and the ceiling surface (37) of the adjoining space (2) through the glass partition (3).
