PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-cooled cooling device which can be suitably mounted on a largely listing ship. SOLUTION: A reservoir tank body is divided into a reservoir tank body lower part 10a and a reservoir tank body upper part 10b, and a partitioning member 31 formed of a stretchable member such as a rubber material sheet is interposed between the connecting parts of the reservoir tank body lower part 10a and the reservoir tank body upper part 10b. When cooling water 21 is expanded and contracted in accordance with that the cooling water is circulated in a conduit and heated by cooling a cooling object to increase/decrease the volume, the partitioning member 31 is deformed as shown by the broken line in the drawing. Consequently, since partial convolution of gas 32 within the reservoir tank body 10 into the conduit can be prevented even if the device is set in a largely listing ship, reduction in cooling effect or increase in noise can be prevented.
