PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for diseases caused by RANTES (regulated upon activation, normal T cells expressed and secreted) induction. SOLUTION: The prophylactic and/or therapeutic agent for the diseases caused by the RANTES induction comprises ursodeoxycholic acid, a conjugate or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
