PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet head which can suppress degradation of an accuracy of striking of ink by suppressing generation of an adhering substance on a surface of a nozzle plate, and to provide an ink ejector and a manufacturing method for the inkjet head. SOLUTION: The inkjet head 10 is equipped with the nozzle plate 30. The nozzle plate 30 has a water-repellent film 34 on the surface. The water-repellent film 34 has an angle of falling to pure water drops of 1.5μL of 40 degrees or smaller. At the same time, the water-repellent film 34 has a water repellency whereby a distance for the pure water drops of 4μL to move for one minute when an inclination of 40 degrees is set from a horizontal surface is 2 mm or more.
