PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete charging machine constituted so as to well and certainly grind and finely divide ready-mixed concrete and capable of well charging the ground and finely divided ready-mixed concrete without bonding the same to the reinforcing rod of a reinforcing rod basket. SOLUTION: In an accelerated finely dividing machine 2 constituted so that two drums 2a and 2b having a large number of projections 3 provided to the outer peripheral surfaces thereof are arranged in parallel to each other through a predetermined interval so that the center axes of them become horizontal, the drums 2a and 2b are respectively rotated to supply ready-mixed concrete to the interval between the drums 2a and 2b and the ready-mixed concrete is accelerated downward while finely divided by the rotatory powers of the drums 2a and 2b to be discharged.
