PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which can be prevented from being destroyed by an impact from the outside or by static electricity, in a manufacturing process, and which can prevent an electronic component from being damaged by the intrusion of a liquid mist etc. into the liquid jet head, in use. SOLUTION: This liquid jet head comprises: a case member 6 which is equipped with a head unit capable of ejecting in-pressure-chamber ink as an ink droplet from a nozzle opening 30 by driving a piezoelectric vibrator 31, and a wiring board 8 for supplying a driving signal to the piezoelectric vibrator 31; and an introduction needle holder 7 which has an ink introduction needle 2 for introducing the in-cartridge ink into a liquid channel communicating with the inside of a pressure chamber. A head body 10 is constituted by superposing the case member 6 and the holder 7 on each other. An annular elastic protective member 15 is wound in a close contact state along the entire perimeter of the outside surface of the head body 10 in such a manner as to conceal a joint between the case member 6 and the holder 7, and protruded from the outside surface of the head body 10.
