PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic tool capable of improving working efficiency by reducing the time required for exchanging an attachment, and an automatic tool assembly equipped therewith. SOLUTION: A nut runner is equipped with a nut runner body 1 where a part of a drive shaft 6 projects from the one end part, an attachment mounting part 2 which is provided at the one end part of the nut runner body 1 so as to enclose a part of the drive shaft 6, and an air cylinder 4 which is fixed to the attachment mounting part 2, and can fix the attachment 102 by making a pin 22 sink into and project out of the attachment mounting part 2.
