摘要 <p>The dough roller comprises a hollow roller (2), end caps (3) to close the narrow sides of the roller and exhibiting circular openings that are arranged in the longitudinal axis of the roller, a grips (10) laterally protruding from the roller. A hollow axle (5), which has a cylindrical external form and which houses the grips in a lengthwise adjustable and a torque-proof manner, is intended. The end caps is pivotably-mounted on the hollow axle and connected to the roller in the torque-proof manner or vice versa. The hollow axle and the end caps are implemented as single-pieces. The dough roller includes hollow roller (2), whose narrow sides are closed by end caps (3) exhibiting circular openings, grips (10) that are transferable from a position, and a hollow axle (5) that has a cylindrical external form and that houses the grips in a lengthwise adjustable and torque-proof manner. The grips laterally protrude from the roller, into a position and are slid into the roller. The end caps are pivotably-mounted on the hollow axle and are connected to the roller in the torque-proof manner or vice versa. The hollow axle and the end caps are implemented as single-pieces. Anti-frictional roller bearings or frictional slide bearings are arranged between the hollow axle and the end caps, and/or between the end caps and the roller. The hollow axle exhibits lengthwise slots (7), through which connection pieces projecting radially from the grips are axially led. A constriction for locking of the pulled out- and/or pushed in- state of the grips, is intended at one of the terminal regions of the slots. A labyrinth locking is intended at the internal end of the slots. The grips in the pushed-in state from the labyrinth locking, are locked against the tensile force of a compression spring in such a manner that their outer narrow sides are locked with the exterior of the end caps. The grips in the pushed-in state are released freely from the labyrinth locking and are displaced more or less axially outwards through pressure on their narrow sides with the tensile force of the compression spring. The compression spring is arranged stationarily but axially compressible on half of the hollow axle length and works against the inner narrow sides of the grips during sliding into the labyrinth locking. The compression spring is connected with the inner narrow sides of the grips and fastens under compression to a central attachment of the hollow axle during pushing of the grips into the hollow axle.</p>
