FIELD: mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to mechanical engineering and may be used in friction assemblies working in complicated conditions, for example in creation of submerged centrifugal pumps for crude oil production designed to work in wells with high concentrations of solids in formation fluid. Friction pair contains movable and fixed half-pairs made of hard durable materials. In the first version movable half-pair is made entirely from powder material on the basis of one of the following ceramic and metal-ceramic materials: WCCo, WCCoCr, Cr3C2NiCr, Al2O3, ZrO2 with copper allow (e.g. bronze) addition in amount of 5 to 40 wt % via powder metallurgy technique. In the second version movable half-pair at least at the side of fixed half-pair is performed with coating from above mentioned composition. Movable half-pair surface at least at the side of fixed half-pair and/or fixed half-pair surface at least at the side of movable half-pair may be performed with impregnation with solution of fluorinated detergents. ^ EFFECT: lowering friction factor and improvement of durability of friction pair. ^ 5 cl, 2 tbl |
