FIELD: food production technology. ^ SUBSTANCE: tinned food is produced by cutting leek, browning it in melted butter and mincing, blanching and mincing carrots, blanching and mincing garlic, freezing and mincing parsley, dill, celery, basil and peppermint, mincing chicken fillet and walnuts.
