<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper which prevents direct contact of an excreted stool with a skin of a wearer, suppresses pains or the like at a crotch part, and suppresses the occurrence of skin problems. <P>SOLUTION: The disposable diaper is equipped with an absorber 22, a top sheet 18, a back sheet 20, and a skin contact sheet (SCS) 24 placed at an upper part of the top sheet 18. The SCS 24 includes a stool passing opening part 26b and a urine passing opening part 26a at a part corresponding to the crotch part 4 and comprises a region (a SCS central region) 30 formed by extending a strip-shaped region (a region between opening parts) 29, which is located between two opening parts 26 and is stretched in the width direction, half the length between the opening parts to the front and back, a SCS abdominal region 32 located nearer to the abdominal side than the SCS central region 30, and a SCS back side region 34 located on the back side.
