<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body protecting implement 2 excellent in an appearance and a wearing feeling. <P>SOLUTION: The human body protecting implement 2 is provided with a buffer body 6, a housing chamber 8 in which the buffer body 6 can be housed and a wearing body 10 to which the housing chamber 8 is attached. The surface of the housing chamber 8 is separated from the inner surface of the wearing body 10. Preferably, the housing chamber 8 is attached to the wearing body 10 at both ends of the peripheral direction. Between both ends, the length of the housing chamber 8 is shorter than the length of the wearing body 10. Preferably, the wearing body 10 is provided with backing. The upper end of the backing is connected to the wearing body 10 without a gap, the upper end of the housing chamber 8 is connected to the backing without a gap, and the housing chamber 8 is hung from the backing. Preferably, the human body protecting implement 2 is provided with an attaching member further.
