<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce an ozone containing gas which has a reduced decomposing ratio of the produced ozone and contains the ozone of high concentration. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for producing/storing the highly concentrated ozone gas, the concentrated ozone gas is recovered by adsorbing ozone to an adsorbent through introducing the ozone containing gas to an adsorbing column housing an ozone adsorbent bed, by stopping the introduction of the ozone containing gas after the completion of adsorbing, and by desorbing ozone from the adsorbent bed through reducing the pressure of the adsorbent bed. As the ozone adsorbent, at least one kind selected from a group consisting of (1) a pentasil type boro-silicate, (2) a mesoporous type silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO) and (3) a pentasil type zeolite having a partial SAPO structure is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
