<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave device capable of supplying a surface acoustic wave without causing attenuation, with a small loss and low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The surface acoustic wave device 100 includes: a surface acoustic wave propagation base member 110 through which the surface acoustic wave is propagated; a piezoelectric member 130 for generating the surface acoustic wave; and an electrode section 120 located between the surface acoustic wave propagation base member and the piezoelectric member, and one of the piezoelectric member and the electrode section are directly fixed to the other respectively. Further, the surface acoustic wave device is configured with the surface acoustic wave propagation base member and the electrode section respectively comprising a transparent base member and an interdigital electrode, and one of the electrode section and the piezoelectric member are directly fixed to the other respectively by surface active joining. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
