PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of preventing a communication from being made with a user's unintended destination. SOLUTION: The communication apparatus 1 has: a destination acceptance part 101i which is communicably connected to a first information management device 2 having a destination storage part 21 which stores destination name information so that the destination is associated with first destination identification information for discriminating the destination for every destination and accepts input of second destination identification information for identifying the destination from the outside; a decision part 101j which decides whether or not the first destination identification information corresponding to the second destination identification information is stored in the destination storage part 21 and a communication control part 101m which permits communication with a destination corresponding to the second identification information when it is judged that the first destination identification information corresponding to the second destination identification information is stored in the destination storage part 21.
