PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group communication system whereby when a member having reached a communication disabled state again joins group communication, the member does not need to ask the other members about speech contents having been exchanged so far. SOLUTION: Thresholds T1, T2 (T1<T2) associated with a time T in the communication disabled state are set to a speech interruption control section 310 in advance. When the member reaches the communication disabled state and a speech disabled time T of the member is equal to or smaller than the threshold T1 (T≤T1), the speech interruption control section 310 stores the speech contents of the members other than the member to a storage section 312. In the case of T1<T<T2, the speech interruption control section 310 stops the storage of the speech contents by the storage section 312 and temporarily interrupts the speeches of the other members. When the communication disabled time T reaches the threshold value T2 or over (T≥T2), the speech interruption control section 310 restarts the speech of the other members temporarily interrupted and allows the storage section 312 to store again the speech contents.
