PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To track and record a history of accesses to a web page without using a cookie and to reveal which banner on the web page of which web server or which banner on an email has made access. SOLUTION: When a predetermined page on a website is newly accessed from the outside, a unique visitor ID is given to the access log of the predetermined page. A link ID attached to the URL where the predetermined page has been accessed and the visitor ID are stored in a storage means in association with each other. The visitor ID is given to the access log of the page where the access has been received, and the access log is stored in the storage means.
