GATE DRIVER FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY PANEL WHICH HAS ADJUSTABLE CURRENT DRIVING CAPABILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LCD gate driver circuit which is applicable to an LCD panel having different specifications and has adjustable current driving capability. SOLUTION: The LCD gate driver circuit uses switching element pairs comprising a plurality of PMOS switching elements connected in parallel and a plurality of NMOS switching elements connected in parallel, and drives one switching element pair with one control signal to define pixel states and other auxiliary switching element pairs (n) with respective different bias signals to adjust driving currents of pixels. Auxiliary switching element pairs corresponding to a state wherein driving currents need to be adjusted are selected to control on/off states with individual bias signals. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
