PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a phenomenon that both an RF band and an IF band in a sampling head having diodes cannot be simultaneously broadened. SOLUTION: This sampling controller has: a bias voltage imparting part 16 imparting a negative bias voltage to an anode of a first diode D1, and imparting positive bias voltage having the same magnitude as the negative bias voltage to a cathode of a second diode D2; a bias voltage control part 15 controlling the magnitude of the negative voltage; an input signal terminal 61 connected to a cathode of the first diode D1, receiving an input signal; a capacitance element C connected to a cathode of a third diode D3; an output signal terminal 66 connected between the cathode of the third diode D3 and the capacitance element C, outputting an output signal; a positive pulse signal source 63p imparting a positive pulse signal to the anode of the first diode D1; and a negative pulse signal source 63n imparting a negative pulse signal synchronized with the positive pulse signal to the cathode of the second diode D2.
