PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent incompletion or inability of latching of an apparatus due to deformation of a flange piece in an approaching direction to a hook pawl, by providing a fixing structure for a metal fixture, which prevents deformation of the flange piece caused by stress concentration. SOLUTION: The fixing structure for the metal fixture 31 is for fixing the metal fixture 31 having the hook pawl 31 and to latch the apparatus 21 via the hook pawl, to an attachment hole 100a bored in an adherend 100. In the metal fixture 31, the flange piece 31k abuts on a rim 100b of the attachment hole 100a, a screw insertion hole 31g is bored for carrying out screwing to an adherend 100 side, and in a neighborhood of the screw insertion hole 31g, a protruding part 91 protruding to an apparatus 21 side is formed for absorbing screw tightening stress between the flange piece 31k and the screw insertion hole 31g.
