PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaporating fuel leak inspection device extremely accurately inspecting leak of evaporating fuel. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a tank passage 140 communicating to a fuel tank, an atmospheric air passage opened to atmospheric air, a pump passage 160 decompressed by a pump, a change over valve 300 including a valve seat between the tank passage 140 and the pump passage 160 and changing over a drive state of a valve element 320 between a separate state and a seated state in relation to the valve seat 311, a reference orifice 510 provided on the valve element 320, communicating to the tank passage 140 and the atmospheric air passage at one end side and communicating to the pump passage 160 at another end side in the seated state of the valve element 320 in relation to the valve seat 311, and a detection means detecting physical quantity correlating to fluid flow in the pump passage 160 in the seated state and the separate state of the valve element 320 in relation to the valve seat 311 respectively.
