SOLUTION: When a laser beam oscillating means 12 oscillates a plurality of oscillating patterns of laser beams, a laser beam emitting means 14 emits the laser beams into the combustion chamber 44 with the injection of the laser beams oscillated by the laser beam oscillating means 12 while changing at least one of the condensing number and the condensing position of the laser beams in the combustion chamber 44 corresponding to the oscillating patterns of the laser beams oscillated by the laser beam oscillating means 12. Then, a control means 16 differentiates the oscillating patterns of the laser beams oscillated by the laser beam oscillating means 12 to change at least one of the condensing number and the condensing position of the laser beams emitted into the combustion chamber 44 by the laser beam emitting means 14.
