PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of giving a strong impact on the impression of the front view. SOLUTION: The game opening 133 of a transparent plate holding frame 130 is turned to a shape along the outer peripheral shape of a game area 229 of a game board 220, and windows 140a and 140b through which a proof seal can be seen are formed at both left and right of the lower part of the game opening 133 of the transparent plate holding frame 130. Thus, the impression substantially different from a conventional uniformed square front surface shape is given to a player, and the proof seal is visually recognized through the windows 140a and 140b.
