PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument for percutaneous treatment, increasing a treatment effect by adding an effect utilizing infrared rays radiated by the human body to a percutaneous treatment effect of a semiconductor layer. SOLUTION: A percutaneous treatment member layer 10 is provided on the surface of an expandable support member 8 such as cloth. In the semiconductor layer constituting the percutaneous treatment member layer 10, N type or P type or both N type and P type semiconductor powder is mixed in an adhesive or the like, and a P type semiconductor layer 3, an N type semiconductor layer 5 or the semiconductor layer of mixed N type and P type are stacked. Insulating ink layers 2, 4, 6 are formed on both surfaces of each semiconductor layer, and a reflecting member layer is added to the percutaneous treatment member layer 10 to enhance the effect.
