PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contract and expand the thickness of a seat back at a time other than inclining a seat back forward or returning the seat back inclined forward. SOLUTION: In a seat 10, a seat cushion is turned backward so as to place a seat cushion on top of a front side of the seat back for storing. When the seat 10 is stored, an interlocking link is moved downward by turning toward the back side of the seat cushion to cause a coupling link 18 to turn downward inside the seat back so as to decrease a front and back distance between a back frame 14 and a receiver 20.
