PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an O-ring measuring device, wherein (a) the positions are placed of active sites and a supporting point in the O-ring made with a thumb and other fingers, (b) a shape easily fitted to the hand of a test subject is shaped, (c) a test is performed under the relaxing condition of the test subject, and (d) the devise is made small-sized at low cost. SOLUTION: The O-ring measuring device has: an arc shape formed in a longitudinal direction; a partial gear section arranged at one end on a concave side; a plurality of slip stoppers arranged at the other end on a convex side; a pair of arms which have processes for fixing a spring as well as two shafts for pivoting a pair of the arms, allowing them to turn freely, arranged in the middle of the longitudinal direction on the concave side; a pair of plates having a positioning at the tip end to control the position of the fully-open condition of the arms; and a compression spring biasing a pair of the arms in open directions. The gear section of a pair of the arms is constituted by engaging the arms with the concave sides facing each other and constituted to make it as the supporting point for their turning movement to open and close the arms.
