PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a smoke-free cigarette filter which can not only improve the health of a smoker itself, but can also reduce passive smoking to third person and the environmental pollution of a peripheral area. SOLUTION: This cigarette filter is characterized by collision-removing relatively large particle-like substances with a U tube type HEPA filter 1, diffusion-removing with a circular single plate HEPA filter 3 continuously layered with untreated fine particles, and forming a mild good taste with fine activated carbon 2 filled in the U tube type HEPA filter 1.
