<p>A clean room chain is provided to combine links firmly, to reduce noise and vibration, to improve durability, and to cut down manufacturing cost of a mold by integrally manufacturing an elastic link with injection molding. A clean room chain comprises a link(10) having a polygonal connecting groove(12) formed in the middle of a link body(11), a connection passage(13) connected to the connecting groove by opening one side, a polygonal connection part(14) protruded to the other side of the connection passage and an elastic link(16) connecting the connection part to the connecting groove and having an elastic piece(15) with creases(40), a connecting rod(20) fitted to assembling holes(18) of the link to connect the links with rectangular assembling holes(22), and an assembling unit(30) having an elastic fitting projection(31) fitted to the assembling hole of the link and the assembling hole of the connecting rod. The connection part is fitted to the connecting groove, and the links are connected by the connecting rod. The elastic link is integrally formed with the connecting groove by expanding the elastic piece. The elastic fitting projection of the staple-shaped assembling unit is fitted to the assembling hole of the connecting rod. KIPO 2006Image 1/1.</p> |
