<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film package and a packaging method for surely packaging merchandise with no opening of the superimposed part of a film by heat shrinking even if the film is anti-static treated, painted or printed on the front face. <P>SOLUTION: A heat shrink film 12 is provided with an anti-static function, and one side edge of the film 12 is coated with an adhesive agent 18 made of a thermoplastic resin. A commodity 14 is wound up in a tubular form using the film 12, and the area where each edge part 12a of the film 12 superimposes, the part 12a of the film 12 is mutually bonded by the agent 18 for packaging the commodity 14.
