<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging apparatus of a water-based air conditioner for use in existing buildings that does not require construction work for laying cold or hot water piping or air ducts. <P>SOLUTION: The charging apparatus 20, which is based on the amount of energy used in an already installed water-based air conditioner 21, comprises an opening signal measuring means mounted therein, without construction work for water piping 24, for measuring opening signals of a valve for controlling cold or hot water. This leads to reduced costs. Because of a charging method based on the energy used, any tenant who has raised a set temperature value during cooling to save energy is charged based on the amount of energy consumed at the water-based air conditioner 21, whereby it is made possible to fairly charge for usage, contributing to awareness of CO<SB>2</SB>reduction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
