<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reconcile miniaturization with high reliability when a wiring member is allowed to function as a vibration-proof member, in an angular velocity sensor formed by mounting a vibration type angular velocity detection element on a substrate through the wiring member. <P>SOLUTION: The angular velocity detection element 20 and the substrate 10 are electrically connected together though a flexible printed board 30 as the wiring member provided with a plurality of wires 32 on a tape-shaped base part 31 having higher flexibility than a metal and electric insulation. Both ends 33 of the flexible printed board 30 are fixed to the substrate 10, and a portion positioned between both ends 33 of the flexible printed board 30 is separated from the substrate 10 with a dome shape. The angular velocity detection element 20 is loaded on a portion separated from the substrate 10 of the flexible printed board 30, and connected electrically to the wires 32. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
