<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface acoustic wave device which can increase an input section in size without complicating the structure and increasing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The surface acoustic wave device 100 comprises; a surface acoustic wave propagation base material 110 in which a surface acoustic wave propagates and which has an input section 111; a surface acoustic wave transmission section 120; a surface acoustic wave reflection section 130; and a surface acoustic wave receiving section 121. The surface acoustic wave reflection section has; a proximity side reflection section 131 arranged in a transmission section proximity area which is a proximity side of the surface acoustic wave transmission part in the transmission direction which transmits the surface acoustic wave; and a separation side reflection section 132 arranged in a transmission section separation area which is a side separated from the surface acoustic wave transmission section and the proximity side reflection section in the transmission direction of the surface acoustic wave. In the vicinity of the proximity side reflection section, a surface acoustic wave non-reflection area 133 in which the surface acoustic wave is not reflected is formed, and in the transmission direction of the surface acoustic wave, a separation side reflection section is formed in the separation direction from the surface acoustic wave transmission section and the surface acoustic wave non-reflection area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
