PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire having a tread pattern in which irregular wear is not generated. SOLUTION: In the tire tread provided with the tread pattern formed by a relief-like element 1 constituted by at least two grooves 2 of orientation in an approximately circumferential direction, at least one of the grooves 2 is provided with a plurality of wear prevention studs 3 approximately uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction of the tread and the respective studs 3 having the maximum height H in a base part are left from the adjacent studs in the groove. The respective studs are provided with outer surfaces formed by two lateral portions 30 and outer surfaces 300 between the lateral portions 30 and the outer surfaces 300 of the respective studs 3 are provided with contact surfaces 31, 32, 33 approximately parallel to a traveling surface 4. These contact surfaces 31, 32, 33 are deviated in a radial direction toward an inner side relative to the traveling surface 4 and the deviation is at least equal to 25% of the maximum height of the stud.
