PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of equipment, capable of preventing hooking failure of a held part provided on equipment with a holding part provided on an installation plate in installation of the equipment to the installation plate. SOLUTION: The installation plate includes, as shown in Fig. 1, a substantially flat plate-shaped main part, and a first holding part and a second holding part protruded forward from the main part, and the first holding part includes a first hooking piece and a second hooking piece which are mutually connected. The installation surface of the equipment includes a first held part and a second held part to be engaged with the first holding part and the second holding part of the installation plate, respectively.
