PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure having a core-shell structure as a component having a controlled space inside, and to provide a preparation method thereof. SOLUTION: The structure 7 has a core-shell structure 1 as a component having a controlled space inside, wherein the core-shell structure 1 having a controlled space inside comprises: a core comprising a nano fine particle; and a shell covering the core via the space and having a diameter of several nanometers to several tens nanometers, and the space is controlled to a desired volume by controlling the particle size of the core.
