PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jointing assembly for a high temperature connecting to two parts composed of different materials, for example, connecting metal to graphite or ceramic members. SOLUTION: The jointing assembly is assembled so that a collar 2 of a first member is fitted to the circumferential part of a post 5 of a second material located at the end of a heater. The temperature of the post is the same as that of a heater or changes during operation. The collar 2 has an insert 3 having inside screw suitably, and an elastic member 4 is pinched by insert ends at opposite side of the post end located between the insert and the collar. A rod 1 having the inside screw is fitted to the inside screw of the insert 3. The collar 2, the insert 3, the rod 1 with a screw, and the elastic spring member 4 are arranged so that the insert 3 presses the elastic layer 4 and holds the connector assembly at a suitable position even at a high temperature, when the rod with screw is tightly fastened to the heater post 5.
