PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device, with which cost reduction for the components of a drive circuit unit to drive a liquid crystal panel and shortening of time required for assembling operations are realized. SOLUTION: A printed circuit board 90 is housed in a shield box 41, in which a container section 41a with an opened face, and a cover section 41b to cover the opened face of the container section 41a are formed integrally. Bending portions 42, 42, ... are arranged on an open edge of the container section 41a. A through hole 42a is arranged on a bending line R of the bending portion 42, wherein the bending of the bending portion 42 is facilitated with the through hole 42a. Furthermore, a screw hole 44 is arranged at an open edge that faces the open edge with the bending portion 42 arranged thereon, and a through hole 41c is arranged at a position of the cover section 41b corresponding to the screw hole 44. By screwing a screw 45 into the screw hole 44 via the through hole 41c, the cover section 41b covers the opened face of the container section 41a, so as to shield the mixing of noise into the printed circuit board 90.
