PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody flooring material superior in soundproof performance while easily performing carrying and construction without deteriorating a walking feeling. SOLUTION: This woody soundproof flooring material A is arranged so as not to overlap respective recessed parts with recessed parts by making the depth from the reverse surface side of these recessed parts shallow than deep groove parts 1 by arranging the recessed parts on a plane including these deep groove parts 1 by orthogonally carving a plurality of cross-sectional U-shaped deep groove parts 1 at an interval in the longitudinal direction on a reverse surface of the woody flooring material 3. The recessed parts are desirably formed in a circular shape in a plan view. A shock absorbing material 4 may also be stuck to the reverse surface of the woody flooring material 3.
