PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grating having excellent water transmittance and preventing withered leaves and refuse from falling into groove parts such as gutters and culverts. SOLUTION: This grating is formed by arranging a plurality of bearing bars 1 parallel with each other at predetermined intervals and integrating these bearing bars 1 with cross bars 2 crossing perpendicular to the bearing bars 1. A water permeable filling material 5 is filled in an opening 4 formed between the bearing bars 1 of the grating formed by integrating side plates with both ends of the bearing bars 1. The water permeable filling material 5 is formed of a synthetic resin chip layer 51 formed by integrating synthetic resin chips with each other by using a synthetic resin binder and a rubber chip layer 52 stackingly integrated on the synthetic resin chip layer and formed by integrating rubber chips with each other by using the synthetic resin binder.
