PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rattling noises of a front panel such as a display panel. SOLUTION: A slider 4 is longitudinally movably provided to a chassis 3, and an intermediate section of a rocking rod 6 is rotatably connected with the front end section of the slider 4. The lower end section of the display panel 2 is rotatably connected with the front end section of the rocking rod 6, and the upper end section of the display panel 2 is vertically guided by a vertical guide section 72. The rocking rod 6 is urged counterclockwise by a torsion spring 92, and the rotation of the rocking rod 6 is inhibited when the lower surface of the front end section of the rocking rod 6 comes into contact with the front end section of the slider 4 at a point A. A slider 5 is longitudinally movably provided to the slider 4, a locking pin 62 which is provided on the rocking rod 6 comes into contact with a locking protuberance 53 of the slider 5, and the clockwise rotation of the rocking rod 6 is inhibited. The slider 4 moves backward, the claw 52 of the slider 5 hits a stopper 84, and the locking pin 62 separates from the locking protuberance 53. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
