PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning unit for a vehicle capable of avoiding increase of ventilating resistance and reducing noises of ducts even when it is constituted to have the ducts in accordance with arrangement of an intake part and a blower to eliminate a dead space in a lower region of the intake part by arrangement of the intake part and the blower. SOLUTION: A scroll case part 18A storing the blower in it is arranged on the lower side of the intake part 2. An air delivery port 7 to deliver air introduced by an inside and outside air introduction ports 4, 5 is formed on the intake case 3. An air intake port 20 to deliver air to a fan 12 is formed on a temperature controlling case 18. The air intake port 20 is set against an air suction port 12A of the fan 20. The air delivery port 7 and the air suction port 12A of the fan 12 are communicated through to each other through the ducts 8. Inside diameter dimensions of the air delivery port 7, the air suction port 12A and the ducts 8 are made roughly in the same size. Additionally, the noises are muffled by making wavelength of the noise from the one duct 8 and wavelength of the noise from the other duct 8 different from each other by changing dimensions of the ducts 8, 8 and by colliding these noises against each other.
